Unser BIO Whey Protein Pulver hilft dir dabei, mehr Muskeln aufzubauen, aber auch deine bisherige Muskelmasse zu erhalten oder Gewicht zu verlieren. Unser Proteinpulver zeichnet sich dabei durch seine sehr hohe Qualität aus. Wir produzieren selber und prüfen die Produkte im eigenen Labor.

Ein normaler Mensch benötigt etwa 0,8 kg Protein pro kg Körpergewicht. Um Muskeln aufzubauen und diese zu erhalten, sollte man mindestens 2 kg Eiweiß pro Tag zu sich nehmen, ist jedoch nicht immer einfach. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass der Körper nicht jede Eiweißquelle gleich gut im Körper verwertet.

Proteinpulver ist die beste Möglichkeit, schnell und einfach Eiweiß aufzunehmen. Das Pulver hat wenig Kalorien, viel Protein und wird in deinem Körper bestens verwertet. Da eine proteinreiche Ernährung sehr lange sättigt und damit Heißhungerattacken vorbeugt, ist Protein Pulver auch sehr gut zum abnehmen geeignet.

Verzehrempfehlung

Etwa 250ml Wasser oder Milch (je nach Preferenz) zusammen mit 1,5 gehäuften Esslöffeln des Pulvers in einen Mixer oder Shaker geben. Danach gut schütteln. Der Shake kann nun getrunken werden.
