Where can I see my subscription?
Members can manage their memberships via their customer profiles! The process is the same as creating a regular customer profile in your store. After logging in, you can access your portal using the "Manage Membership" button.

You can adjust your membership via the member portal. You have the option to pause, resume or cancel your membership. You can find the exact steps in your member portal.

Shipping & Payment
How much is the shipping?
We deliver free shipping within Germany within 1-2 working days, free shipping for orders over EUR 20.00. If the value of goods is less than EUR 20, shipping costs are EUR 4.95.
Within Europe we ship with parcel delivery times of 2-3 working days, for a shipping cost of EUR 4.95
How can I pay?
You can choose between the following payment methods:
Paypal, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, GooglePay, ApplePay, ShopPay and credit card.
How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can simply register your return with us using the contact form. Just write us a message and we will take care of your return.
